• Paid quarterly, with a per-code statement showing exactly which subscriptions your code produced and what they paid.

How it works

1. Apply— a short email telling us who your audience is and how you’d refer (form below). The program is curated; we approve partners individually and say no to coupon aggregators and link farms.
2. Get your code + assets — a named discount code (e.g. YOURNAME15), the product blurb, screenshots, and a one-page terms sheet we both keep.
3. Share it your way— an article, an episode mention, a client recommendation. Where the code appears in published content, it must be disclosed as a partner link — we’re a compliance brand; clean disclosure is non-negotiable.
4. Get paid — quarterly statement and payout for every active referral in its first 12 months.

Founding partners

The first 10 approved partners lock in the 30% rate for the life of every referral they make while the program runs. Rates for later partners may differ.

The fine print (short version)

• Commission base is net collected subscription revenue — after refunds, excluding VAT/tax. A refunded customer earns nothing.
• The 12-month clock runs per customer, from their first payment.
• No self-referrals; one code per partner; codes are non-transferable.
• We can stop accepting new referrals from a partner at any time (or pause the program) — commissions already earned on existing referrals are always honoured for their full 12 months.
• No “guaranteed compliance” claims in your promotion — VerdLynx drafts and checks; a person at the customer reviews and signs. Say it the way we do.
